Please follow three easy steps to obtain a pre-approval for your loan.

1.      In order for us to determine your credit worthiness, we must review your credit history. Purchase a three credit bureau credit report with three scores for single applicant or joint applicant credit report by clicking on the appropriate “add to cart” button below.

2.      Print and complete our Short Application Form. This process usually takes less than five minutes.

3.      Fax to 713-457-5141. A loan officer will contact you once we receive your application.

3. Once you are pre-approved, Download the full loan application, complete it as best you can, then fax it to 713-457-5141.
